10.2 Total Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USWorkerActions.com and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
